How Trek Tough Are You?

As you may or may not know, Trek up the Tower is just a week away, and this is one of if not the toughest event that we participate in every year.  Running up 40 flights of stairs, short of breath, lungs pounding, legs on fire, and you finally reach the very top of the First National Bank building and after all that pain, you feel the greatest sense of self gratitude.

Now I know that the first part of that sounds horrible, and to be honest this event was never intended to be easy and if you have ever competed in it you know how hard this madness really is.  If you really want to get yourself prepared for this, it is not too late.  We at Black Clover Fitness came up with an eight week training program in order to get your lungs and your legs ready for this, and with only a few weeks out it isn’t too late to at least get somewhat ready for this.
