Today, I’d like to quickly talk about taking a break from exercising.
Sometimes, scheduling causes you to take some time off from working out, even for an extended period of time. There are some advantages and disadvantages here. Taking a break lets your muscles and overall body to recover. However, it might cause you to lose muscle mass, gain weight, and slow down your metabolism.
Taking a break allows your body to heal and recover.
