Wait, did I really say that? Of course I did. Now, let me backtrack a second. For the record, drinking large amounts of beer (or any alcohol for that matter) isn’t going to get you to your beach body. What I am going to show you are some of the better beers to pick in terms of calories and carbs to keep your beach body, which you worked so hard for over the winter, intact for the summer.
Here are some of the top beers you should choose when trying to watch your figure:
Bud Select 55: This beer is very low in calories. In fact, it only has 55, hence the name. The kicker is that this beer only contains 2.4% ABV (alcohol by volume), which is roughly half of a regular light beer. Not only will you be drinking a beer that is half the calories, it is also half the ABV. Do not indulge in too many!
MGD 64: Again, this beer has roughly the same calories and half the ABV of the typical light beer.
Busch Light: 95 Calories, 4.1% ABV, and only 3.2g of carbs.
Michelob Ultra: 95 Calories, 4.2% ABV, and 2.6g of carbs.
Miller Lite: 96 Calories, 4.2% ABV, 3.2g of carbs.
Coors Light: 104 Calories, 5% ABV, 4.2g of carbs.
Bud Light: 110 Calories, 4.2% ABV, 6.6g of carbs.
Now remember, drinking in moderation is the key. There is too much of a good thing and even drinking many of the healthy options can still lead to destruction of all your hard work.
Here’s to a cold one – Cheers!
