Many people skip the most important part of their day, and that’s breakfast.


They skip breakfast for many reasons like time and lack of an appetite in the morning, to name a few. Unfortunately, these people don’t realize how much harm is being done to their metabolism throughout the day.

Use a scoop of protein powder and your favorite fruit combined with milk, water, or yogurt as a base for mixing in a blender.

For those of you with more time for a hearty and healthy breakfast, a good option would be two to three pieces of turkey bacon with one whole egg and an egg white with a side of whole grain toast.
